Running in about five minutes

Free by default. Bring a Telegram bot token (and/or Discord), one model API key, and your email.

  1. Get a release

    Download the installer for your platform from GitHub Releases (Windows / macOS / Linux, amd64 + arm64).

  2. Run the installer

    # Linux
./install-cog.sh

# macOS
open "Install Cog.command"

# Windows
install-cog.bat

    Or compose the Docker stack from the release notes.

  3. Talk to your bot — or open browser chat

    When the installer prints that cog is running, message the bot /help, or open the operator dashboard (COG_DASHBOARD_ADDR) and use Chat + Settings in the browser.

Upgrade to Pro

Pro unlocks chains, council, unlimited custom gears, WhatsApp, HTTP API, and longer retention. Pay with Stripe. The success page gives you licence.json — drop it next to docker-compose.yml and restart. Cancel in the Stripe portal; the binary drops to Free on the next daily check-in.
